Our English Vermouth has landed and we’re really proud to launch this limited-edition product to our range. The Phoenix is a heraldic symbol associated with our local town of Cirencester. We have also named our first Vermouth after this mythical bird because it is made using our Phoenix grapes, blended with Bacchus and Seyval Blanc. This complex and well-rounded semi-sweet vermouth that is robust enough to enjoy over ice or as an addition to cocktails. Tasting note It has notes of orange and vanilla at the forefront with a hint of fig leaf, the gentle warmth or caramel from tonka beans and a refreshing finish from juniper.
