We’ve bumped into the PRIZM Brewing crew a few times over the last couple of years and have always been drawn to their completely chill, low-key energy. After plenty of shared beers, it was only a matter of time before we got one in the tanks together. So, when they hit us up to say he was coming over to London, we finally made it happen.
