Quantock Brewery is an independent craft brewery founded in 2008 in Wellington, Somerset, producing a range of traditional and contemporary real ales inspired by the character of the Quantock Hills and Somerset countryside. Known for its Quantock Ale, Somerset QC and Will o' the Wisp golden ale, the brewery distributes to pubs across Somerset and the South West.
