Inspired by one of our brewers’ time living in China, where many hours were invested researching the local beer-drinking culture. Brewed with rice for an extra pale colour and an extremely dry, crisp finish. The reduced malt character makes this lager light, refreshing and exceptionally drinkable. Many Chinese lagers come in below 3% ABV, but we’ve upped ours to 3.8% for a little more character while keeping that clean, refreshing finish.
