Abv: 40% 70cl Why Sheep Dip? The story goes back to the days when farmers would hide their distilled whisky in barrels marked ‘Sheep Dip’, keeping their spirit safely out of sight of the taxman. The name stuck – and thankfully, so did the whisky. Sheep Dip brings together a selection of Scottish single malts to create a rich, characterful blended malt Scotch. Soft floral and fruity notes of pear, melon and orange lead into a warming, malty palate, with touches of spice and gentle peat adding depth. Smooth, complex and with a story almost as good as the whisky itself. Enjoy it neat, with a splash of water or over ice.
