Created by The Lakes Distillery in Cumbria, The One brings together their own Lakes Single Malt with carefully selected grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay. The result is a beautiful whisky, with fresh orchard fruit and butterscotch leading into smooth vanilla custard, lightly honeyed fruit and a touch of spice, with just a hint of smoke. Complex enough to savour, but approachable enough to simply enjoy. Pour it neat, over ice or with a splash of water.
