The Royal Agricultural University's vineyard at Cirencester is a working educational project producing still and sparkling wines under the Cotswold Hills label. Planted to give students hands-on experience of viticulture and wine production, the vineyard grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on the Cotswold limestone soils and produces wines sold through the university and at local events.
