Sacred Distillery is a pioneering independent craft distillery in Highgate, North London, founded by Ian Hart in 2008. Using a unique vacuum distillation technique that allows distillation of delicate ingredients at low temperatures — preserving flavours destroyed by heat — Sacred produces an innovative range of English Spiced Rum, Sacred Gin and a series of vermouths and amari that have won multiple international awards.
