Saint Mars of the Desert is an acclaimed independent craft brewery founded in 2019 in Sheffield by Dann Paquette and Martha Simpson-Dao, who previously founded Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project in the US. Known for its Empress of India IPA, Norma pale ale and a thoughtful, quality-first range of craft beers, Saint Mars has won international acclaim and is regarded as one of Sheffield's most exciting craft breweries, distributing nationally and internationally.
