Sarah Hughes Brewery is a historic Victorian pub brewery at the Beacon Hotel in Sedgley, West Midlands, producing the legendary Dark Ruby Mild since 1921. After a gap in production, the brewery was revived by Sarah Hughes in 1987; now in its third generation under the same family, it produces the much-loved Dark Ruby Mild, Amber Ale and seasonal Surprise Bitter, served exclusively in the remarkable Victorian pub and available by mail order.
