Brewed in collaboration with Crisp Maltings this WCP features their specialty heritage Hana malt. Hana malt is the OG 19th century Czech Pilsner malt famed as the key ingredient in the first pale Pilsner Lagers which took over the continent from 1842 onwards. Hopping hot side Chinook and Dolcita for resin and citrus snap then Dolcita, Strata and Nectaron cold side. Grapefruit pith and passionfruit.
