Shipstone's Brewery was a historic Nottingham brewing institution at New Basford, producing the much-loved Shipstone's Bitter from 1852 until its closure in 1990. The brand has since been revived, with Shipstone's beers brewed and available once more as a tribute to this important piece of Nottingham brewing heritage and the community that grew up around it.
