Have you ever wanted to give brewing a try, but not known where to start? Then this event is for you!We’ll brew a small batch of beer from start to finish that will eventually end up on the bar at Spookton.Over the course of the day, we will cover:Selecting Malt, Hops and Yeast ✅Recipe Creation 📋Water Chemistry; what is it, and why should I care? 🧪Brew Day Basics 🫡Hygiene and Sterilisation 🧼Home Brew Equipment 🤖Home Brew Supplies 🛒Carbonating, Bottling & Kegging 🫧Scaling up and going Pro 😬And anything else that may come up in conversation 💬Your event fee covers some breakfast pastries, lunchtime sandwiches from Garden Social, and 2 pints of beer from Spookton’s Taproom. Please email us on info@spookton.co.uk with any dietary requirements.The day will run from 9am until approximately 3pm. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for a brewday.
