Back in stock! This is our second single cask release of Sweeney Mountain whisky. There are 357 bottles of this whisky, which has been aged in an ex-Jack Daniels cask, then finished in an ex-Sauternes cask. Sweeney mountain is a local landmark and part of the estate our property was originally part of. With an elevation of 189 metres, it’s more hill than mountain. Hints of Golden Syrup, cream soda & elderflower on the nose, with a taste of honey, fresh apricot & pear. Finishes smooth with sweet toffee apple.
