A rich imperial stout aged in a Pedro Ximénez-seasoned sherry butt previously used to finish a Lowland whisky. Deep roasted malt and dark chocolate are layered with fig, raisin and date, alongside treacle, molasses and warming spice. The cask brings rounded whisky warmth and a subtle nutty, sherried character, finishing rich, smooth and indulgent with notes of Christmas cake and chocolate-covered raisins.
