A collaboration with Loughran Brewers Select, built around a layered New Zealand hop profile... Rakau with T90, Amplifire™ pellets and Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil leads the beer, supported by developmental hop CIP 076, with a touch of NZ Cascade. The different hop formats are layered to give a fresh, concentrated expression of the new crop, with citrus, stone fruit and tropical character running through the beer.
