The Parish Brewery is an independent craft brewery founded in 1983 in Burrough on the Hill, Leicestershire, one of the longest-established microbreweries in the East Midlands. Producing a range of traditional cask ales — including the celebrated Baz's Bonce Blower, one of the strongest cask ales ever brewed in Britain — the brewery has built a devoted regional following over four decades, distributing to pubs across Leicestershire.
