Named after the elegant bird that frequents our local countryside here in Derbyshire, Fieldfare is our new beautifully soft and hazy IPA. Brewed with Maris Otter barley malt, oats and wheat for a silky mouthfeel and natural opaqueness, we paired this silky malt grist with three of our favourite hops – Mosaic, Krush and Nectaron, to deliver an intense canopy of passion fruit and vibrant citrus aromas. Best enjoyed after a hike over the moors in the Peaks, where you might spot a Fieldfare or two!
