Old Badequella, (from the union) 6.5% Old Ale

Our latest creation using the historic Burton Union system is a special collaboration with our friends from the Brewery of Saint Mars of the Desert. This beer is brewed with Maris Otter, dark malts and a particular blend of brewing sugars, balanced with a gentle addition of floral British hops. Garnet in colour, this quintessential old ale is full bodied and rich, with inviting aromas of fruitcake and dark cinder toffee.
