Otter’s Tears is a Thornbridge cask classic, brewed in memory of our friend Simon Johnson, who once stated in his ‘Craft Beer Manifesto’ that only distilled otter’s tears must be used to make craft beer! It is a hugely hopped, strong pale ale using a fruity blend of pungent hops from the US, Australia and New Zealand. It pours a light gold in colour, with an inviting clarity and a stunning bouquet of lemongrass and mango, finishing with a delicate grassiness. ABV 6.0% / 440ml can HOPS Simcoe / G
