Building on last years success this collaborative effort brings in the expertise of two of our favourite suppliers; Yakima Chief Hops and Crisp Maltings, and this year our friends at Palindrome Brewery joined us for the party. We’ve loaded it up with NZH-106, Nelson Sauvin HyperBoost™, Moteuka & Citra Cryo, driving a massive 33 g/L dry-hop charge for full flavour saturation.This beer has been brewed for the launch of our Rising Tide beer festival…set in the stunning grounds of Canterbury Cathedral.
