Our English sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grape. A delicate pale gold wine with silvery highlights, the palate has a firm attack, making this wine genuinely refreshing, with green apple and white tropical fruits in abundance — a beautifully balanced, clean finish that lingers for a moment. This Blanc de Blancs was bottled in 1.5L Magnum bottles in 2018 and has been bottle ageing in our cellars since, adding extra depth and texture to this already delicate wine.
