Uley Brewery is an independent craft brewery founded in 1985 in the Cotswold hilltop village of Uley, Gloucestershire, reviving a brewing tradition at the Old Brewery that dates back to the early 19th century. Producing a range of traditional ales — including Pig's Ear, Old Spot Prize Ale and Hogshead — the brewery distributes to pubs across Gloucestershire and the wider South West.
