To finish the Oktoberfest lineup, we wanted to brew something completely different… so we made a 5.5% ABV Smoked Märzen (Lager), sMärzen, get it? Built on a rich, malt-forward base, we swapped 20% of the grist for cherrywood-smoked malt. Expect layered notes of soft woodsmoke, caramel, biscuit, and a slight herbal touch, all rounded out by a balanced sweetness and medium bitterness.
