The Wild Beer Co is an acclaimed independent craft brewery and blendery founded in 2012 at Westcombe Farm near Evercreech in Somerset, specialising in wild and mixed-fermentation beers. Known for its Bibble pale ale, Modus Operandi old ale and a wide range of barrel-aged and spontaneous wild ales, Wild Beer has won multiple international awards and is one of the UK's most creative and important wild ale producers.
