We initially brewed this beer with our friends from Left Handed Giant as an homage to the pilsners of southern Bavaria that we both love. We love them so much that we decided to brew ours again (with the gracious consent of LHG). We’ve given this pilsner our own south-western spin by using our heritage Plumage Archer barley which has been floor malted at our local Maltsters in Warminster The familiar raw YQ wheat from Somerset makes up the rest of the grist.
