Luncheon Ale

Inspired by historical English table beers meant for immediate home consumption. Luncheon Ale’s low alcohol content makes it the perfect mealtime companion. Our version also takes its cues from modern table beers that use more flagrant hop additions. This particular interpretation uses Dr Beaven’s Plumage Archer barley variety which was bred in 1905 at our local maltings in Warminster and is now malted there. As an organic, heritage malt it has the perfect flavour profile to allow the Ernest and
