Wylam Brewery is an acclaimed independent craft brewery founded in 2000 in the village of Wylam, Northumberland — birthplace of George Stephenson — now based at the Palace of Arts in Exhibition Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Producing a wide range of innovative craft beers — including Jakehead IPA, Gold Tankard and a constantly rotating range of experimental and barrel-aged styles — Wylam has won multiple international awards and is one of the North East's most respected craft breweries.
