Nelson Sauvin IPA is a very special beer that we only brew once a year during our vineyard grape harvest. We brew a 6.5% IPA using Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, once it has finished fermenting we add some juice from our Seyval blanc grapes, give it a sprinkling with sparkling wine yeast and leave it to slowly secondary ferment to 7%. This produces a lovely dry IPA with a hint of white wine flavours. We then bottle it in 750ml swing top bottles ready for you to enjoy. Size – 750ml swing top ABV 7%
