Tasting notes Predominantly made with one of our favourite varieties Tremlett's bitter, this dry cider has a wine like quality about it. It's light and delicate with a tiny hint of drying astringency lifted by a merest whisper of residual sugar. Naturally sparkling, this cider has been disgorged à la volée.
