Tasting notes The latest vintage of a co-ferment that we first made back in 2022, this time we've improved on what we learnt and made something that we are ridiculously proud of. The combination of the gentle acidity of Bloody Turk apples with the peach notes of Siegerrebe grape skins is a match made in heaven!
