Our bestseller the 10 year old Somerset Cider Brandy is made entirely with apples grown and harvested in our traditional orchards. 70cl, 42% abv. It smells bold, full of apples, vanilla and spice. It tastes fruity with walnut, coffee and oak notes and prunes, vanilla and spice and sherry wood. It feels smooth and full with a gentle astringency. Complex with a Christmas pudding richness, full of subtle bouquets and aromas.The progression in age is reflected in a fascinating development of flavour and complexity.
