Make our best selling festival Ginger Donkey. Perfect for summer festivals and BBQs. A bottle of Somerset Pomona (50cl, 20%) and of Somerset 5 year old Cider Brandy (50cl, 42%). Add equal measures over ice and top with ginger beer. Great with a slice of lemon and a dash of bitters. They are also wonderful drunk separately. Somerset Pomona is wonderful with cheese - drunk like a port or with tonic. Somerset 5 year old is the perfect digestif. Take time to savour.
