The Chiltern Cider Company is a family affair run by Bryan and Pauline from their home at Furzefield Farm in Lee Gate, established commercially in 2015 after years of making cider to share with friends. Using apples from their own orchard — planted in 2003 with 16 traditional cider varieties — plus fruit from neighbours, every batch is pressed pure with no added water, reflecting the Chiltern terroir and the character of the season.
