THE “FU*K IT” MOMENT Adam and his family have always loved the outdoors, creativity, and the art of making something out of nothing. Moving back North was the spark they needed to stop talking and start pressing. With a “FU*K IT” attitude, they decided to give it a go. THE PLAN: BOOZE MEETS ART We don’t want to be just another bottle on a shelf. The idea is to release limited-edition ciders in bottles designed by artists we love. It’s small-batch booze meets collectible art. THE FRUIT It started with “Crap Apples”—the original wild trees from which all modern varieties grew. To make the dream a reality, Adam reached out to the local community to rescue their unwanted garden fruit. It turns out that “unloved” fruit makes for a serious drink: we recently picked up a Silver at the British Cider Championships. Not bad for a load of waste apples.
