Dorset Star Cider is an independent craft cider producer making naturally fermented real cider from locally grown heritage and dessert apple varieties. Using traditional pressing and wild fermentation with no added concentrates or artificial sweeteners, the cidery produces a range of still and sparkling ciders with genuine Dorset orchard character, available direct and through selected local stockists.
