Hedger's Cider House is a small, family-run business based in the Chew Valley, just south of Bristol. They produce a range of traditional, craft ciders using 100% fresh pressed apple juice from local orchards. Their journey began in 2017 when they planted their first orchard, dedicated to crafting delicious, authentic cider.
