Henney's Cider is a traditional Herefordshire cider producer based at Callow Farm in Withington, founded by Richard and Geoff Henney in 1993. Using a single-variety approach — pressing individual heritage cider apple varieties separately before bottling as pure single-variety expressions — and managing orchards to organic principles, Henney's produces award-winning dry and medium ciders that are bottled conditioned and unfiltered, distributed nationally through quality delicatessens and fine food retailers.
