Pommeau of Herefordshire

This is our homage to the great Pommeaus of Northwestern France. Following the French method, we combine our own apple brandy with a select blend of freshly pressed apple juices and then age it in barrel for quite some time, typically two years or more. This element of time is so important, allowing the wood and luscious sweetness of the apple to temper the fiery young spirit.
