Lanthorn Bittersharp Apples

A blend of the two, most venerable, Cider apples; Kingston Black and Stoke Red. Once we have completed the Overture blends we leave all the remaining Stoke Red and Kingston in barrels for a further few months to gain further complexity and depth. We then blend, bottle in 500ml, carbonate and sweeten (very lightly) to create a complex, rich and thought provoking Cider. Tasting note: Deep, complex and fruity.
