Pilton Cider is an award-winning artisan cidery founded in 2009 by Martin Berkeley near Shepton Mallet in Somerset, producing naturally fermented, minimal-intervention ciders and perries from heritage apple and pear varieties. Using spontaneous fermentation and no added sulphites or concentrates, Pilton's range — including sparkling and still varieties and a signature Methode Traditionnelle — has won multiple Great Taste and CAMRA awards and is distributed nationally.
