Saxby's Cider is an independent Northamptonshire cider producer making naturally fermented real ciders from locally grown apple varieties. Using traditional pressing and wild fermentation methods with no added concentrates or artificial sweeteners, the cidery produces a range of still and sparkling farmhouse ciders with genuine orchard character, available at local events and through selected independent stockists.
