40% ABV 70cl Made using water from the Rhaeadr Fawr – the famous Aber Falls waterfall – this copper pot distilled spirit, which takes inspiration from the traditional London Dry Gin, leads with juniper and gives grapefruit, lemon and orange prominent roles, resulting in a bright and fresh liquid with a subtly spicy and sweet finish.
