Abhainn Dearg Distillery is the most Westerly distillery in Scotland, located on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Founded by Mark Tayburn in 2008, it was the first legal distillery in the Outer Hebrides for almost 200 years, producing single malt whisky.
