Our 40% traditionally produced Premium Rum is double distilled in our copper pot still Twmpa. Our lightly oaked, white rum is blended with the finest Canadian Maple syrup and gives notes of tropical fruits and butterscotch. We produce our own rum in the UK with premium molasses, slowly fermented with spring water and our special yeast. Perfect on its own, over ice or in your favourite cocktail.
