Copeland Distillery Double Distilled, Peated Single Malt Irish whiskey, matured in a combination of first fill American Bourbon, to Pedro Ximenez & Charred Oak. As always, this release aged for a minimum of 5 years, with this release bottled exclusively at 46% Crafted from a mash bill of 100% Peated malted barley & distilled twice in our copper pot stills, matured on the Ards Peninsula and bottled by the Distillery. 1020 bottles | 46% alc. | 700ml Non-chill filtered | Natural colour *Collection available from 9am, Friday 29th May at the Distillery
