Introducing our penultimate release of 2026, 26.4. 26.4 is a Double Distilled Chocolate Malt, Single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured in a first fill American Bourbon and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. This is a 5 year old whiskey will all our fantastic house character signified through the bright, flavoursome chocolate malt mash bill but rounded out with warm sherried spice that lingers & sweet oak. 265 units | 57.6% alc. | 700ml Non-chill filtered 26.4 Single Malt Irish Whiskey is available for collection from 9am, Friday 30th September at the Distillery.
