Copeland Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is crafted entirely in-house, from bean to bottle. We partner with local roasters Wild Heart to source exceptional coffee, then brew our own cold brew right here in the Distillery before blending it with our Irish Vodka and cacao nibs. Each batch is finely filtered, bottled, and labelled with its own coffee origin – a small detail that reflects a bigger commitment to doing things properly. Smell Freshly brewed Wild Heart coffee cold brew leads, deep and roasted, with dark chocolate and cacao rising underneath – rich, slightly bitter, unmistakably indulgent. Taste Cold Brew forward, rounded out by melting dark chocolate and cacao nib bitterness, softened by a velvety vanilla sweetness.
