A unique blend of grain Irish whiskey matured in first fill American bourbon and re-char casks, combined with malt whiskeys matured in Pedro Ximénez and Banyuls casks. The grain whiskey keeps this blend soft and mellow, while allowing the malt portions to shine through. The rich Pedro Ximénez casks adds body with some jammy dark fruit and the Banyuls casks round out the flavour of this whiskey with more oak, dried strawberries, some nuttiness, and a little chocolate. 70cl | 40% ABV. Natural colour, non-chill filtered.
