Da Mhile (Gaelic for 'two thousand years') is an award-winning Welsh organic distillery in Llanrwst, Conwy, founded in 2012 by John and Louise Savage-Onstwedder. The distillery produces the world's first organic single malt Welsh whisky alongside a certified organic gin range — the Seaweed Gin has received particular international acclaim — using only certified organic grains and botanicals.
